The 61 units, ranging from 285 sq ft to 840 sq ft, were compartmentalised by the team, in order, to achieve very high fire ratings. As the units end users were unknown, TBL Fire Protection worked closely with FSI and fire compliance to ensure these high ratings were met.

Promatect 250 fire board was used throughout the project, in order to achieve both the required insulation and integrity. Using just intumescent paint would have been limited in this instance, as it would have provided the required integrity, however, the required insulation would not have been achieved.
