We applied high-performance Jotun 600 intumescent coatings to protect structural steelwork throughout the unit. When exposed to heat, the coating expands to insulate the steel, helping maintain structural integrity in the event of a fire.
Small cavity barriers:
We also supplied and performed Nullifire FJ220 fire cavity barrier installation to prevent unseen fire spread through concealed voids and wall cavities. These barriers are essential for maintaining compartmentation and protecting escape routes, especially in modern industrial units.
General fire stopping:
Finally, we delivered comprehensive Nullifire and Quelfire fire stopping installation across service penetrations, pipework, cable trays, and voids. Using certified sealants, collars, and wraps, our installers ensured every gap/penetration was protected to the required standard.
