Fire stopping solutions were installed throughout this centrally located three-storey building, featuring 45 self contained apartments for the elderly. TBL worked with the client to implement and manage cost effective Fire Stopping solutions in order to provide compartmentation of risers and hallways. A 20m fire barrier was installed in the roof void, in order to adhere to building regulations.
